It's easy and this manual method works like this: Click Launchpad icon in your Mac's Dock. Find the app you want to delete. Click and hold the app until it starts shaking. You will see the removal application and the file under the “This Mac” tab. Click on “Remove Sophos Home” application and Click ‘Continue’.
